Builds the canonical input string and returns its 32-character SHA-256 hex hash.

Parameters:

identifiers - Ad identifiers containing raw attributes.

config - Canonical path configuration.

Returns:

32-character hex hash string (or "UNKNOWN" if identifiers is null).
